Check out this cool behind the scenes video from the upcoming season finale episode, “Powerless“.

It features Mohinder back at his apartment with Sylar holding him at gunpoint, as the ‘good doctor’ tends to Maya who appears to be sleeping (after being injected with a certain something?). However it appears that Sylar hasn’t ‘yet’ got his powers back, because he fires a gun in the direction Elle (instead of using telekinesis, for example) when she calls his name:
